Refund & Return Policy

 

Return Window

We offer a 20-day return policy on physical products. If more than 20 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it. Original packaging is preferred, but not required. Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards and digital products, including downloadable woodworking plans, are non-returnable. All digital product sales are final and non-refundable.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted for items showing obvious signs of use, items not in original condition, items damaged or missing parts not due to our error, or items returned after 20 days from delivery.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment within several business days.

If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account first, then contact your credit card company and your bank, as processing times may vary. If you still have not received your refund, contact us at zookermanwoodworks@gmail.com.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged due to our error. To request an exchange, email us at zookermanwoodworks@gmail.com.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error or defect caused by Zookerman Woodworks. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.

For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
